We continue to monitor the situation, and the primary issue appears to be video uploads as these are a bit more complex and our transcoding provider will use more compute.

A small number of users are having trouble logging in due to other vendors being flaky, likely from the same underlying infrastructure issue.

Sorry for the impact this has had on our customers’ workflow – as with others affected it is disappointing that just as AWS identified and had rolled out a fix another cascade of issues appeared.
