Currently we are unable to access the ‘reach’ of TikTok posts via their API to get and display insights for users’ TikTok videos. Other insights data is still being returned and we will show the data that we are able to collect.

Our team has reported this issue to TikTok’s developer support.

We expect it should be fixed soon and we will be able to collect any missing data after it is fixed by their team.
