Issues accessing Sked and some social networks (X)

Resolved

Cloudflare has announced that the connectivity issues have been resolved, and we’re seeing our dashboard return to normal performance on our end as well. You may need to reconnect any accounts that were disconnected during the outage (Mainly X/Twitter).

Monitoring

Cloudflare have reported they are currently restoring connectivity and we can confirm we are seeing our dashboard monitoring return to normal.

Our team will continue monitoring until we have confirmed full resolution as Cloudflare has advised some users may still see higher than normal error rates in the interim.

Problem Identified

An outage affecting networking company Cloudflare has led some customers to get an error when accessing Sked Social. Our team is currently monitoring the situation and identifying workarounds we can put in place.

The service is also used by X/Twitter who are also experiencing an outage so any X posts will not be published.
