A fix for the issue has been tested and implemented. We are currently catching up on the backlog of posts, and continue to monitor for any further issues should they arise. We will provide a further update when all systems are normal.
We are currently experiencing a higher than usual error rate for some posts being published to Instagram. These posts are showing as a “device error” after several retries.
Our engineers are currently working on a solution and we hope to have an update ASAP - in the interim some posts are delayed. You will (as always) be emailed in the event we are unable to post anything to your Instagram account.
