Meta have responded to developers that they have identified the potential cause of the issue affecting reach and impressions for Instagram accounts returning zero, and they are working on a fix.

Thanks for these details, we have identified the potential cause of the issue, we will be working towards a fix as soon as we confirm the root cause of this.
Meta’s API is currently returning zero values for reach and/or impressions for some Instagram accounts. It appears to only affect Instagram and only the reach and impressions metrics.
The issue has been reported to Meta and from past experience resolves in a few days once they have confirmed it.
Our team is actively monitoring the issue and when Meta resolves the issue we will ensure all reach/impressions data is recollected for any of your past posts.
