It appears that Meta has fixed the underlying issue affecting adding Facebook Pages or Instagram Business Accounts where the user had been granted permission through Business Manager.

Any accounts should now be able to be connected or reconnected as normal.

The Meta API used by Sked to add/reconnect Facebook Page(s) and/or Instagram Business Account(s) is currently experiencing an issue reported by Meta on their official status page

This affects customers adding new Facebook Pages/Instagram Business Accounts and reconnecting existing ones. We’re unsure if this affects all customers or just a sub-set. Our team continues to monitor the situation on the Meta/Facebook end, and we will update this notification when the issue is confirmed as resolved.
