We continue to see this issue with connecting or reconnecting some Facebook Pages or Instagram Business Accounts.
The Meta bug report lists that it has been internally escalated and a fix is in progress. The issue is also now listed on the main Meta status page.
We expect the issue will be resolved quickly given this, and will update the issue when it is confirmed resolved.
The Meta API used by Sked to return the available Facebook Page(s) and/or Instagram Business Account(s) is currently experiencing an issue reported by a number of developers causing the incorrect Pages/Accounts to be returned to Sked Social.
This is affecting customers adding new Facebook Pages/Instagram Business Accounts, and does not appear to affect already-connected Facebook Pages or Instagram Business Accounts.
We’re unsure if this is affecting all customers adding new Facebook Pages/Instagram Business Accounts or just a sub-set.
Our team continues to monitor the situation on the Meta/Facebook end and we will update this notification when the issue is confirmed as resolved.
