All Instagram bio links are currently redirecting back to the Instagram app itself.

This affects customers with a Sked Link in their bio (or really any link) as currently the functionality does not work at all on Instagram’s site or app.

This isn’t related to Sked Link or Sked Social at all – for example, going to @instagram and clicking the bio link does not redirect you to their help page as suggested, but instead opens Instagram in the tab.

We will update this ticket once Instagram has resolved the issue.
